President's Reception

Start your conference experience here! Join us at the President's Welcome Reception for an opportunity to build new connections, meet the IPAC Board and conference committee members, and visit with sponsors and vendors. Light hor d'ourves, drinks, and desserts will be served while you familiarize yourself with the conference layout and room locations.

Monday, July 24, 6pm-8:30pm

Monday Night Social at Dauphine's

The Monday Night Social is where you continue to meet attendees and strengthen the existing relationships. Enjoy passed canapes for the first hour, followed by stationed platters, and passed desserts. Dauphine's is a short walk from the hotel, so grab a new friend and head on over together! Check in at the front with one of the IPAC Board members or volunteers. We will see you there!

Tuesday, July 25, 6pm – 9pm

Tuesday Night Dinners

A tradition for IPAC conferences is our annual group-dinner night. IPAC group dinners dedicate time for attendees to exchange ideas, share challenges and successes, and discuss hot topics while enjoying dinner. We have been scouting out the best restaurants around Washington D.C. and will have sign-up sheets, along with menus, at the registration desk Monday and Tuesday during the conference. Come and check out the menu and sign-up for a group dinner! Our Social Committee will arrange the group’s reservation and a meeting time and location to travel to the restaurant together. Three three restaurants include the Post Pub located at 1422 L Street NW, followed by Il Piatto located at 900 16th Street NW, and finally Little Chicken located at 1100 16th St NW. All three options are available for your choosing, and are a great way to explore Washington D.C. and it's food offerings alongside fellow conference attendees!

Hospitality Suite

A long-standing, fun-filled IPAC tradition, the hospitality suite will be open from 9:00-11:00 p.m. Sunday – Tuesday following the last event for the evening. This is a great place to catch up and network in an informal setting. Meet this year’s keynote speakers, workshop instructors, conference presenters, and fellow attendees. Get to know the IPAC board and conference planning committee and learn about how you can get involved with IPAC! Drinks and snacks will be provided.
