IPAC membership provides you with access to our exclusive collection of ,videos, content, and other practical resources, professional development opportunities, and an intelligent and dynamic community of peers—all to help you maximize your potential wherever you are your professional journey.

We offer three membership levels designed to meet your needs:

Professional Membership - $90 per year 

Our most popular membership, this level is suitable for assessment professionals, graduates, and those are are working in I-O Psychology, Human Resources, Public Safety, Education, Consulting, or related fields. 

Student Membership - $25 per year

Our discounted membership for those engaged in full time study in a relevant discipline.  Those applying/renewing as Student Members must provide their institution and field of study and are strongly encouraged to use their .edu email address.

Emeritus Membership - $25 per year

Our discounted membership level available to Professional Members who have retired from and no longer work fulltime in the personnel assessment field following a minimum of two (2) years in total of Professional Membership (non-continuous membership permitted). “Full time” will be deemed as working on average thirty (30) hours or more per week during any six-month period.  Emeritus Members do not have the right to vote or hold office but will receive all services and may serve on and/or chair committees.  To request Emeritus Membership status, retired Professional Members should contact the Membership Committee Chair, who will present the request to the Board for consideration.

All membership levels run on a calendar basis, January - December.

New members who join on or after October 1 will be members of IPAC through the following calendar year.  For example, if you join IPAC on November 15 of this year, you will enjoy the benefits of membership for the remainder of this calendar year as well as all of next calendar year.  Memberships expire on December 31.
