Our Purpose:

SWAG furthers the mission of IPAC within the Southwest region.

Our Goals:

• Learning about best practices in employment assessment;
• Connecting research and the science of assessment with practice;
• Creating a forum in which to meet others in the field and build a network of employment assessment professionals;
• Providing opportunities in which to discuss innovative ideas and pioneer new concepts relating to employment assessment; and
• Providing updates regarding legal and regulatory issues facing the assessment field.

Why Join:

Members of SWAG will have a network of other assessment professionals in their region that can serve as valuable resources for combating problems and finding solutions unique to the area. 

Our Mission:
