Students Chapter

Our Purpose:

The Students Chapter furthers the mission of IPAC across the United States and abroad.

Our Goals:

  • Learning and growing with other I-O students;
  • Learning about best practices in employment assessment;
  • Connecting research and the science of assessment with practice;
  • Creating a forum in which to meet others in the field and build a network of I-O students seeking knowledge and future employment in an I-O or related field;
  • Providing opportunities in which to discuss innovative ideas and pioneer new concepts relating to employment assessment; and
  • Providing updates regarding legal and regulatory issues facing the assessment field.

Why Join:

Members of the Students Chapter will have a network of other I-O degree-seeking students that can serve as valuable resources for encouragement, learning, job searches, and more.

Our Mission:

Membership in the Students Chapter is included with IPAC dues.  So, if you are an IPAC member--Student, Professional, or Emeritus--enrolled in an I-O or human resources degree program, you are eligible for Students Chapter membership!  Not an IPAC member?  Visit us at www.ipacweb.org for more information about the benefits of IPAC membership!
