Identify other potential risks and challenges associated with online screening practices
Review practical strategies to integrate cybervetting into structured, legally defensible processes
Dr. Jenna McChesney is an Assistant Professor of I-O Psychology at Meredith College. Her research focuses on how individuals and organizations make decisions in response to technological and demographic change. Specifically, much of her work focuses on career decision-making, applicant perceptions of organizations, and how the disclosure of potentially stigmatizing information online shapes hiring evaluations. Her printed scholarship has taken the form of refereed journal articles, book chapters, and reports, and has been featured in popular media outlets such as Fast Company, MSNBC.com, and U.S. News & World Report.
