Kristen Pryor, M.S., is a Principal Consultant at DCI. Kristen has 20 years of experience developing, implementing, and evaluating human capital systems in both the private and public sector. Her primary expertise is in selection-related work and conducting complex data analyses to evaluate the performance of human capital systems. A substantial portion of Kristen’s current work is focused on the evaluation and improvement of human capital systems. As an independent evaluator, Kristen identifies successes and opportunities relating to areas of risk, alignment with professional standards, and other client concerns.
