Join us at the President's Welcome Reception for an opportunity to build new connections, meet the IPAC Board and conference committee members, and visit with sponsors and exhibitors. Heavy hor d'ourves, drinks, and desserts will be served while you familiarize yourself with the conference layout and room locations. Sunday, July 12 to Tuesday, July 14 - 9pm to 11pm Hospitality Suite Location: Conference Hotel A long-standing, fun-filled IPAC tradition, the hospitality suite will be open from 9:00-11:00 p.m. Sunday – Tuesday following the last event for the evening. This is a great place to catch up and network in an informal setting. Meet this year’s keynote speakers, workshop instructors, conference presenters, and fellow attendees. Get to know the IPAC board and conference planning committee and learn about how you can get involved with IPAC! Drinks and snacks will be provided. |
The Monday night social event is an IPAC tradition! This year it will be at the Segra Club (located at Riley Park) from 6 - 8 PM. We will have dinner, drinks and good times! The menu is varied - covering heavy appetizers and desserts, as well as alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
This year's event is just a short walk from the hotel - boasting a unique experience and opportunity to get to know your fellow conference attendees.

Networking Hour Location: Conference Hotel
For our last evening during the conference, you will have another opportunity for expanding your network! Head over to the networking/social hour from 5-6pm for drinks (alcoholic and nonalcoholic) and conversation. This gathering will be held in our Exhibit Hall - so take advantage and mingle with our Conference Exhibitors!
