The 2027 IPAC Annual Conference will be held in Washington, DC. Once registration opens in the next few weeks, early bird rates will be available through April 30. Make sure you register early to receive your discounts.

To register a group (two or more attendees) and receive one invoice to process, have each person register for the conference, selecting the blue 'Invoice Me' button on the confirmation webpage. Next, send an email to financial@ipacweb.org with a list of names of those who registered and request a group invoice for your organization. The IPAC Financial Officer will create a single invoice for all registrations. When payment has been received, each person's individual invoice will be marked as paid.

Hotel reservations will be available soon at the Yours Truly hotel; you will be able to secure rooms at the conference rate using the IPAC Hotel Registration Link (coming soon). To learn more about the hotel, visit the Yours Truly; additional information will be supplied as details are finalized.

Submission Period:  October 25, 2026 – January 22, 2027

Proposals submitted by December 11, 2026 will receive an early review for consideration into the program - and will be considered for preferred program scheduling. Authors will be notified of their submission status prior to the submission deadline.
