If you’ve worked with a firm you’d recommend (or have lessons learned from the process), I’d really appreciate hearing about:

• Scope of services (e.g., item bank security, administration protocols, proctoring controls, data integrity)
• Experience with civil service or similar merit-based testing systems
• Strengths/limitations of the vendor
• Anything you wish you’d known going in
