Registration Now OPEN!

The 2024 IPAC Annual Conference will be held in the beautiful and historic New Orleans, LA! Be sure to register now and get the early bird rates until April 30.

We look forward to seeing you in New Orleans in 2024!

To register a group (two or more attendees) and receive one invoice to process, have each person register for the conference, selecting the blue 'Invoice Me' button on the confirmation webpage. Next, send an email to financial@ipacweb.org with a list of names of those who registered and request a group invoice for your organization. The IPAC Financial Officer will create a single invoice for all registrations. When payment has been received, each person's individual invoice will be marked as paid.


CALL FOR PROPOSALS

Submission Period:  October 25, 2023 – January 12, 2024

Call for Proposals for the 2024 IPAC Annual Conference are open for submission! To learn more about proposals, and the submission process, please visit the Call for Proposals page. 


HOTEL INFORMATION

The IPAC room block is at capacity and we are no longer guaranteeing rooms at the conference rate; IPAC does not have an overflow hotel.

You may be able to acquire a room at the NOPSI – though you will need to work with the hotel directly and the rate is likely higher than the IPAC conference rate. There are also other hotels nearby with reasonable rates.
