Join us at the President's Welcome Reception for an opportunity to build new connections, meet the IPAC Board and conference committee members, and visit with sponsors and exhibitors. Light hor d'ourves, drinks, and desserts will be served while you familiarize yourself with the conference layout and room locations. Monday, July 29, 6pm to 8pm Monday Night Social Location: Rampart Treehouse Sponsored by: We Create Problems (WeCP) The Monday night social event is an IPAC tradition! This year it will be at the Rampart Treehouse from 6 - 8 PM where we will have dinner, drinks and good times! The menu includes pizza, salads, appetizers, dessert and drinks; including many options such as vegan and gluten free pizzas, as well as alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages. Tuesday, July 30, 5pm to 6pm Networking and Social Hour Location: NOPSI Hotel For our last evening during the conference, you will have another opportunity for expanding your network! Head over to the networking/social hour from 5-6pm for a fun cocktail (alcoholic and nonalcoholic) and conversation.

Hospitality Suite Location: NOPSI Hotel A long-standing, fun-filled IPAC tradition, the hospitality suite will be open from 9:00-11:00 p.m. Sunday – Tuesday following the last event for the evening. This is a great place to catch up and network in an informal setting. Meet this year’s keynote speakers, workshop instructors, conference presenters, and fellow attendees. Get to know the IPAC board and conference planning committee and learn about how you can get involved with IPAC! Drinks and snacks will be provided. |
