In this interactive virtual session participants will review a case study focused on how to link selection data and learning data.

The Innovations in Assessment Award recognizes a person or team for the development and application of an innovative personnel assessment tool or procedure which resulted in improved effectiveness, efficiencies, or cost savings. Individuals or teams in the personnel assessment field who have developed and applied an innovative personnel assessment tool or procedure — within both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations — in recent years are eligible for nomination. Additionally, self-nominations are allowed.
The Innovations in Assessment Award is presented annually at the IPAC Annual Conference. The winner receives an engraved plaque to commemorate the accomplishment, the opportunity to present a paper about the innovation at the Conference, and a waiver of the conference registration fees for one person. In addition, award recipient(s) will be invited to share their innovation with the IPAC membership.

Registration for the 2024 Annual Conference is now open!

We know that our members and colleagues are very excited about the opportunity to reconnect in-person with the professional community, and we are excited to be able to provide the format to do so. We are in the process of lining up great programming and experiences for HR and I-O professionals to network, learn, and present. The 2024 conference will be held in-person in New Orleans, LA - July 28-31. A special rate is available to IPAC Conference registrants to stay at the NOSPI Hotel. IPAC 2024 Annual Conference Call for Proposals is Now Open!
Call for Proposals is now open for submissions through January 12, 2024, for presentations to be given at the 2024 IPAC Conference in New Orleans from July 28 through 31, 2024. The theme for the 2024 Conference is Innovations, Assessment, and All That Jazz!
The Annual IPAC Conference will provide in-person experiences for HR and I-O professionals to network, learn, and present. Session formats include symposia, panel discussions, debates, roundtables, tutorials, paper presentations, and student posters.
Submit a proposal to share some of the great work you are doing. More information on the types of presentations can be found on the IPAC Call for Proposals website. Also, please forward this email to others within your network and share the information on your social media channels.
Conference registration details will be announced soon. We look forward to seeing you at the 2024 IPAC Conference next July in New Orleans!

Three IPAC Board Members have terms that end in December. Please join us in thanking these individuals for their outstanding dedication and hard work, not only to the board, but to the association as a whole.
Kathy Stewart - Past President
Kathy Stewart is the Deputy Director, Strategic Transformation & People Analytics (STPA) at the U.S. Customs and Border Protection. She has been an active member of IPAC since 2012, serving as the vendor/sponsor chair in 2015, the conference chair in 2018, and in the three year president role (President-Elect, President, and Immediate Past President) from 2020-2022.
Erin Graham - Secretary
Erin is an Employment Assessment Program Coordinator at the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation. She joined IPAC after the Columbus conference in 2013 and spent 7 years in various roles in GLEAN before transitioning to the IPAC BOD. For the last 2 years, Erin has served as the IPAC Secretary.
Bryan Sullivan - Director
Bryan Sullivan is a senior Examination and Classification Analyst with the Civil Service Commission for the city of Spokane, Wash. His current projects for the independent city commission include public safety assessment centers, classification studies, and a comprehensive review of the merit system rules. He has been a member of IPAC since 2009 and is completing a three-year term on the IPAC Board of Directors that started in 2020.
