Meet Dr. Diana R. Sanchez, Assistant Professor, San Francisco State University
Dr. Diana R. Sanchez has been working in the field of Human Resources for over 18 years. Her work has focused on technology-based solutions with an emphasis on workplace learning and development and assessment development and validation.
She is currently an Assistant Professor at San Francisco State University where she manages the Workplace Technology Research Lab which actively produces research on different forms of workplace technology used by organizations to manage human capital. The work she has produced has contributed to numerous conference presentations and peer-reviewed publications. She recently co-edited a special issue of the International Journal of Selection and Assessment with Dr. Richard Landers that focused on new innovations in Gamification and Game-Based Assessments.
She is also the founder of DRS Consulting LLC, a management consulting organization that builds custom solutions for companies based on their current needs. This work has recently emphasized the new assessment development and consulting on the implementation of new technologies to both train and assess employees.
