Are you passionate about workplace civil rights, industrial/organizational psychology, test validation, legal guidelines on employee selection procedures and making a difference? The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Office of Enterprise Data and Analytics (OEDA) is looking for talented and motivated graduate students to join our team as interns in industrial/organizational psychology.
What You'll Do:
-Gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced industrial/organizational psychologists, statisticians, data scientists, and labor economists.
-Contribute to high-impact projects that help remedy workplace discrimination and advance equal employment opportunity.
-Provide support for systemic investigations involving tests and other employee selection procedures.
-Assist in researching and drafting reviews on established and emerging topics in personnel selection and test validation.
