Arlington County, VA has an exciting opportunity for a recent grad or soon-to-be grad as a paid Selection & Assessment Intern.  

Over the course of a year, the selected candidate will work with the Arlington County Assessment & Selection team to develop and administer valid, legally defensible public safety assessment centers and work simulations.
