Kay Lackey is a cofounder of Lackey Counseling & Coaching Group.  As a management consultant her unique approaches to business needs drives operational effectiveness with measurable and profitable results.  

Dr. Jasmin Martinez is a leadership consultant and executive coach. She specializes in individual assessment and team development and, at Vantage Leadership Consulting, heads the leadership development programs service area.

Jill May has worked in employment selection for over ten years, and she currently is the Director of Assessment and Selection Methods for the City of Chicago.
